My site is great … but I need to update it.

So now you have a great site that does exactly what you want it to do. Only now, you’ve decided you need to add some things or change a color or two. Or maybe, you know that each month you’ll have some updating to do and you don’t have the time to do it.

The Digital Notebook offers website maintenance services also. Maintenance services can be for sites I have designed or for sites previously designed by someone else; although I would want some additional information about the site before beginning work.

• No contract – There is no contract required for website maintenance services at The Digital Notebook. Many companies do require contracts that require you to pay a monthly fee whether your site needs updating or not.
• Packages available – Sometimes, however, a website administrator is exactly what you may need. Knowing that someone is checking your site every day, uploading content, checking for upgrades, developing coordinating graphics and more allows you to focus on the other parts of your business that may need your attention. The Digital Notebook offers packages for regular monthly maintenance so you’ll know your site is always at its best.
• Timely updates – Once a client, always a client. Once you’ve partnered with The Digital Notebook, I will send you a message whenever I become aware of something on your site that may need to be updated. Software gets updated regularly, web standards change, and more. When these events occur, I will notify you with possible solutions. You can choose to hire The Digital Notebook to work on these upgrades or do-it-yourself, but at least you will be aware of any current issues with your site.

Rates

• $80 per hour for website maintenance. There is a 30 minute minimum, so you’ll want to make sure you have a few things that need to be done in order to save yourself some money.
• 3 hours per month website maintenance for $200, billed monthly.
• 5 hours per month website maintenance for $350, billed monthly.
