The Digital Notebook is a small (one person unless I need to consult with other professionals) web, blog, and logo design business. Doing a great job and working to make sure my clients are happy with their product is my number one priority. Although all of my formal degrees (2 Master’s degrees) are in things other than design (Library Media Services and School Counseling), I have always been a fan of technology! I do have a Webmaster Certificate from Penn State, however, and have been working on websites for 9 years now.

Through the years, I created websites for some of the schools I worked in until our county started hiring design companies to do the job. The urge to design websites regularly started when I created my own website. I started working with more current technology and researching new methods and systems. I loved working on the design. It always seemed when I had things looking “just right”, I would then change the whole thing just for the fun of it! After doing this probably 10 times, I realized that it’s the creating-the-website part that I liked the most. After 3 years of redesigning my own site and reading everything I could find on design, code, CSS, and more … I decided to launch The Digital Notebook!
